Planning & Coordination

Wedding Planner / Coordinator – Oversees logistics, vendor management, and timeline coordination.

Day-of Coordinator – Manages the wedding day specifically, ensuring everything runs smoothly.


Photo & Video

Photographer – Captures still images of the event.

Videographer – Films and edits video coverage of the day.

Photo Booth Provider – Offers interactive photo booth experiences for guests.


Design & Décor

Florist – Designs and arranges flowers for the ceremony, reception, and personal bouquets.

Event Designer – Oversees overall visual styling, themes, and atmosphere.

Rental Company – Supplies items like tables, chairs, linens, décor, marquis Letters, and furniture.

Lighting Designer – Creates ambiance through uplighting, string lights, spotlights, etc.

Signage & Stationery Designer – Designs welcome signs, seating charts, menus, and more.


Entertainment

DJ – Provides music, emceeing, and sound equipment.

Live Band / Musicians – Perform live music during ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.

Ceremony Musicians – String quartet, harpist, pianist, etc., for live ceremony music.

Dance Instructor / Choreographer – For couple’s first dance or entertainment performances.


Food & Beverage

Caterer – Provides meals, service staff, and sometimes tableware.

Baker / Cake Designer – Bakes and decorates the wedding cake and other desserts.

Bartending Service – Provides licensed bartenders and bar setups.

Food Trucks / Specialty Stations – For late-night snacks or unique catering experiences.


Beauty & Fashion

Hair Stylist – Styles hair for the bride, bridal party, and others.

Makeup Artist – Applies makeup for the bride and other key guests.

Dress Boutique / Tailor – Supplies and customizes bridal and formal wear.

Suit Rental / Formalwear Provider – For groom and wedding party attire.


Officiating & Ceremony

Officiant / Celebrant – Leads the ceremony and handles the legal marriage process.


Logistics & Extras

Transportation Provider – Offers shuttles, limos, classic cars, or getaway vehicles.

Venue – Ceremony and/or reception location (can include in-house coordinators and staff).

Security – Ensures safety and crowd control, particularly at large or high-profile events.

Childcare Provider – Watches children during the event so parents can relax.

Valet / Parking Services – Manages guest parking and arrival logistics.
