our Process
1.Reach out - connect
Give us a call, let's exchange information and establish a good working connection. We will build a profile for you and set up a call to discuss your needs and desires for your properties and brand recognition.
2.Call Us on next project
We are here and ready, even on your last minute, rush, projects. We will collect property information including: address, square footage, acreage, perspective sale price, drone needs, unique features, best time of day to shoot, go live date, and anything else that might let help us best serve you.
3.capture time
This is where we grind. We travel and arrive promptly during the best time of day to capture your project. We typically tackle all drone needs first then move to structures and prominent land features. We carefully consider composition and look for the best angles to produce the most flattering images possible. Once we move to interiors, we make sure everything is dialed in, blinds are strait and true, all lights are on, and we over shoot. We always shoot on a tripod and ensure all walls are perfectly vertical and all floors and ceilings are absolutely horizontal. We capture extremely large high quality images at multiple exposures toggle us the most latitude and editing options to optimize every frame. This time is always unique and we truly enjoy the capture process.

Here's where the magic happens, and the editing and retouching process begins. We painstakingly work on every image and carefully consider exposure, color, clarity, final composition and cropping, and clean up any distractions. We optimize each file to make you and your clients property present the best way possible. After the post process the work is carefully organized to create a flow through the portfolio. Files are renamed to maintain order and includes the property address and city. Images are then resized, optimized, and exported for perfect MLS and social uploads. We create and send invoice via email. Once we receive payment, we then finalize your project by delivering all edited work via a swift and painless digital download through WeTransfer.
